- On-call technical support is available. Voicemails are responded to within 48 hours or less.
- Backups available in Dropbox.

- Support ticket system with custom login in place to verify what is being done and when.
- Includes daily moderation of forums, sales, or other site input for spam.
- Backups available in Dropbox (6 months cycled).
- Uptime hourly monitoring system.
- Billed automatically on a monthly basis.
